About Embracing Hope for Birth Moms
Embracing Hope was founded from the director having been a birth mom.  It gives women the chance to talk to people who have been there and can understand the decision process and choosing adoption.  Adoption is a selfless act of love for a child. A person can be at peace and feel amazing to know their child is with a great family.  Open adoptions are possible with relationships with adopting parents and birth parents.  Call us today to see how we can work with you toward a personal plan!

Embracing Hope for Birth Moms through Hope Embraced Adoptions is family-owned and operated right here in Inman, SC.  We’ve treated every birth mom like they were a part of our family. Other companies may offer similar services, but our services are the best, and come with a personal touch.

I have a degree in education, experience working in crisis pregnancy centers, and a lot of one on one guidance with birth moms from their first thoughts of adoption through their entire process. Being a part of an adoption support group has allowed me to see things through with many women even years after their adoption plan. I look forward to working with you.

Sincerely, Jeanna Smith
My daughter says I have many years experience of "saving children" as I have been a foster parent and had many children in our home and care over the years. My daughter is beautiful and she has a huge heart. I am married to a great guy who is supportive and joins me in the love for children and family!
My goal is to be there for our birth moms and adopting families to support them through their adoption process. I want birth moms to know how special they are and how they are amazing people. I want to be a friend and mentor and help in any way I can. I have experienced "life" and know there are so many things and people that can bring us down. They can know that I will show them that there is hope and that adoption is the most self-less decision they can make. Caring about their child more than themselves and making a decision to love their child through an adoption plan is incredible. I will hold their hand through the process.

I love talking to the birth moms and helping them find the right adopting family for their child. Most of all, I love letting them know that they now have a forever friend!

Sincerely, Sonya Young

We believe families are formed in many different ways! And, I know personally what it takes from a birth mom to go through that amazing decision for her and her child.
I was a birth mom when I was 20 years old and experienced a lot of the emotions that birth moms typically go through. Then years later after getting married, went through years of infertility before becoming an adoptive parent. Then was able to give birth again. Adoption is very close to my heart and it brings me great joy to be a part of the adoption process with so many courageous, incredible women.
In 2014, we adopted a baby boy who we fell in love with at first sight! He has brought so much joy into our home with his sweet personality!  We adopted our 2nd daughter in 2016. Life is exciting in our family and we are forever grateful for their birth parents that chose life and had the courage to do adoption for their children.
